Baseline CW for: suicidal ideation, actual suicide, ritual human sacrifice, death, sometimes very bloody and violent death, and murder. These are all things this game deals with.

⇓in character⇓

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Go for it! Just keep her Glancing ability in mind.

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Generally acceptable, but hash out the details with me.

ROMANCE/FLIRTING: Literally all she wants in life... unlife... is to get married to someone so she doesn't have to be alone anymore.

SEXUAL CONTENT: Good and good. She flirts with people using the kanji for 'tryst' that is also in her name. Pretty sure she is 100% down for Pound Town.

PSYCHIC ABILITIES: She doesn't have anything to resist people using them against her. That said, she has some on her own right, and that is in her Glancing/Mitori (if I slip and call it that) ability. Basically, she can see a character's thoughts, memories, pains, sins, etc. with either a touch or eye contact. Characters that are more willing and ready to die are more likely to give her something visual, like a movie, whereas a casual touch with someone that is actively attached to their own life might reveal a stray thought or so. A power opt-in and out post can be found here.

MAGIC/POWERS: If her spiritual power remains separated from her physical body, then she is technically a ghost. She can float, walk across water, things like that. Even when she's not acting or looking like a ghost, though, she has her abilities outlined above, and a very acute "sixth sense" (the ability to see ghosts, basically)... that tends to make her other senses unnaturally sharp, as well.

Also, as a ghost, she tends to bring about the Black Water. Black Water (Yomi) is literally just liquified human malice, so strong it's corrosive, so overwhelming you can drown in it. It comes from the land of the dead. Lovely place, that is. Also, it looks like black hair wafting about in water. Get the Drain-o.

However, if her physical body and spirit are re-merged, like if she were to end up in a game where she has to exist wholly, she is just a human. A human with some obtuse mind-reading powers. Her spiritual power is very strong, and her body has to heal the damage from being in the Black Water for over a century, but she is human again.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Ouse is like a Schroedinger's Cat: she's both alive and dead at the same time. Her physical body was trapped in the afterlife, while her spirit got kicked out onto the world of the living to haunt as a ghost. Her physical body holds the corruption of the Black Water, while her spirit reflects that, but can also stave it off to be shown her true self, which is what she looks like when she heals the damage from the Black Water. Uncorrupted, she looks normal; like a very pretty Japanese woman. Corrupted, she has a soggy, blackened look to her, and her hair is down and it gets... everywhere.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: N/A. I mean it, she's seen worse.

⇓out of character⇓

BACKTAGGING: Hit me up, I like it.

FOURTH WALLING: This is fine if you think your character might... be able to fourth wall someone from a pretty niche horror game. That said, she's not much of a Yuurei in any meaningful way because she wasn't technically dead-dead, just mostly dead. But she does strongly evoke that image of "ghost bride" tropes.

THREADHOPPING: A+, go for it.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS/TRIGGERS: None.

ANYTHING ELSE: Again, I will reiterate: Fatal Frame V is a horror game about some pretty hefty elements. Mt. Hikami is a place people go to willingly end their lives by their own hands. They are helped along by the priestesses on the mountain. Ouse is one of the priestesses. They do not kill people, but they do observe what is going on, so the person can pass on uninhibited - this also means that they do not try to stop people. The person she is looking for to go with her into the Black Water to ease her suffering for eternity will have to die to do so. Ghost Marriage (Yuukon) is, in a lot of ways, a double-suicide. She is an orphan of a flood, and knows what waking up surrounded by dead bodies looks like. She had to watch the other priestesses on the Mountain get violently murdered and have their eyes gouged out, and then had to take all that pain, and all the pain of the people the other priestesses Glanced unto herself. This is why her ritual fails.

Ouse is also a willing human sacrifice. She knew what it meant to be a Great Pillar, and to be put inside a Reliquary to keep the Black Water at bay - it meant she was going to die. She did it anyway. She knew going to Mt. Hikami would mean she would probably die young as a sacrifice. She did it anyway.
